This game... it plays tricks on your minds. One minute you can be cool, calm and collective and the next your mind is racing in paranoia, wondering what will happen, where it will happen and why it will happen. The game's name is called SURVIVOR. It puts sixteen castaways to their highest highs, and their lowest lows. One castaway will win the game. And her name is Vecepia Towery.
I will be the ultimate Survivor, I will be the ultimate Survivor, I will be the ultimate Survivor. I say this to myself because maybe, just maybe if I say it enough, it will come true.

I really want to try hard in this game. I am not quite sure what will happen but I am here, I have a strategy and I am ready to execute this strategy. One thing you need in a game like this... is just that, strategy. Because without strategy, you are a limp noodle. You have no spine, no backbone, nothing. It's something you need to excel in this game?
Well, what is my strategy? It's simple. Be social. Offer opinions but don't over-manipulate. In a more simple language, I am going to talk to people. Everyday, that is my goal. When the game official begins (tomorrow) I am going to talk to everyone. Every single played. Whether it is through PM or IM. I am going to do it.
Because by talking to people everyday, you get in their heads, you are friends to them and in the end, everyone just wants a friend. I am going to ask them for their opinions, while giving them some of my input for them to judge. I am not saying it's the easiest way to win, it takes a lot of work but it's a lot less pointless than a strategy of making an alliance with EVERYONE when you don't need it.
~ ~ ~
I will never say the official words of alliance to anyone until I am 100% sure they are with me. That shouldn't be hard because judging from everyone they're in a lot of games so it must be easy to connect with them.
I will not make an alliance that I cannot use to my advantage, meaning if you have nothing to offer me, I am just going to have to get you out. I don't mean this in a intimidating way by any means, I just would not want to lead someone on, thinking they are safe when they aren't.
I mean, I am not like that. I am not a mean person. Yes this is a game but what are we playing for? What are we going to win? Nothing, just a title. While, I like the concept, it's not something losing my pride over. This game in no way is something that will be a huge life changing experience, no offense to you host but I am being realistic. I want to play this game but their is a huge difference of being on a stranded island for 39 days and winning one million dollars than their is playing a game for about a month and winning a title. It is just the internet after all.
~ ~ ~
To get to the end of this game, I am going to have to work at it. I am going to have to edge off my playing field and raise myself on a high totem. I have to be on top of everything and I cannot cut corners.
Because being in a game like Survivor, it's like running for President or Prime Minister. You don't want to promise someone something that you can't keep but yet you do. It's a dilemma that always happens. You say you will change everything for the better but yet sometimes you just get lazy and cut corners. I am not a politician by any means, even though I am very interested in politics, I think the two go hand in hand. If you can do well at this game, you can do well in politics.

I hope you understand where my mind is at. I am trying to set myself up for the win. I am doing it now, not a lot of people think this far ahead, because you know the average teen isn't as open-minded as me but... I'm sixteen, I think... a lot.
That's why my AIM name is The Impulsive Lo, I'm impulsive. I admit that. It's my character. I consider myself very intelligent for my age and I can honestly say, I don't get 100 on my report card. To be intelligent, it isn't a number. It's your ability to think. It's your ability to be open-minded. That's something a lot of teens don't develop until they are fully matured. And you know it only benefits me because I can act. I can pretend I am only thing when I am totally another. I can do it, well.
But the thing is, I am not an actor. I don't have the passion for it. It's just a natural talent, but it will help me in this game. I strongly believe that. It will help me succeed in this game.

The ability to tell a lie is one thing. I will lie in this game. But there will be a purpose of why I am doing it. And let's be honest. I don't PERSONALLY know anyone in this game. Where does it give me a right to be 100% honest to them? None. If I don't know you, I won't be honest.
If you look at it in this perspective, would you be honest to some random stranger you met on a street? No. So why should you be honest to some random stranger you meet on the internet? That's even scarier because I don't know if the person playing Sarah is really a teenage girl named Becky (I am just using an example here, I don't really know who Sarah is). It's scary. That's why this game is dangerous if you are too honest. You need to lie.
There is a difference between lying and leading someone on. HUGE difference. So I would hope you are nothing thinking that I am contradicting myself by saying that. I am here for the long run. I am here to win.

So far pre-game chat has been great. I have been talking with a few people.
I did speak with the old Kathy for a fair bit but she had to be removed. I don't know about the new Kathy. I liked the old Kathy because she was the first person to PM me and was very open. She and I discussed a lot and now I feel like that was a waste. Hence, why I want the new Kathy out as soon as possible.
I've spoken to Neleh, Patricia, Sarah, Rob & Gina too. Just general chit chat. I don't really know about them. They are all trying too hard to be the sweet ones. Which is good for them, all the more power to them but really, what's with this huge reputation over their heads? Being a villain does not mean you have to be mean. It means you have to be deceptive. It's a huge difference. These kids should go look up mean in the thesaurus...
Where does outwit, outplay & outlast come up there? No where. What about Nice?
Interesting, it's not their either. So... that isn't a winning strategy I guess.

Right now I just need to think things through, I will not say the word alliance tomorrow. Or the day after that. Maybe on Day 3 but it depends.
